As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a fundamental part of our business, supporting in our ambitious 5-year growth plans.
You will be given complete autonomy to develop strategic plans to increase new business along with maintaining our existing business within the Aerospace, Space & Defence sectors.
There will be 3 Senior Account Managers, (Including you) reporting into the Global Commercial & Programmes Director.
Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm on a hybrid basis - 2-3 days at our office in Greenham Business Park, Newbury and the rest working from home.

Who are 3T Additive Manufacturing Ltd (3T AM)?
3T AM, part of Beamit Group, is a market leader in Advanced Manufacturing, utilising additive manufacturing to produce high performance metallic components for household name companies across Aerospace, Defence, Space, Energy, and Industrial sectors.
Your role as a Senior Account Manager:
Using your knowledge of the Aerospace, Space & Defence sectors, you will network with key contacts, spotting new business opportunities and introducing our services. Alongside this, you will be responsible for nurturing existing customer accounts.
You will be confident in developing high quality proposals through the global bid management process, producing new-business presentations and professionally delivering them to prospective customers.
Using your analytical skills, you will identify market trends and conduct competitor analysis to help keep the business competitive and remain a leader of the industry.
Once a customer is onboard, you will support in the creation of detailed project plans to ensure a seamless transition of new contracts to the NPI team.
A UK driving licence will be needed as you will be travelling to tradeshows, conferences, and networking events within the UK, along with attending customer meetings. There may also be some travel to Europe.
About you:
You will have extensive account management/business development experience with an understanding of manufacturing in the Aerospace sector.
You will be a self-starter with a proactive approach. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
