We are seeking an exceptional Team Manager for our brand new Dayhab in Aberdeen city centre.
The Role
This role is a Team Manager position for a structured Dayhab in the city centre of Aberdeen. You will report to the Service Manager and provide leadership and support to the Therapeutic Practitioners within the Dayhab and the Team Manager within the Recovery Housing Service.
You will be supported to find innovative ways to support people in their recovery whilst ensuring your service delivers evidence-based practice. You will ensure that the interventions are appropriate, innovative, and fully meet the needs of clients, the organisation, and commissioners.

About You
* Experience of delivering high-quality services in association with partner agencies in the social care sector
* An understanding of the complex issues presented by individuals within drug and alcohol recovery.
* Experience in a management role and a passion for nurturing and developing your staff and volunteers
* The ability to contribute to the creative development of our treatment and recovery approach to meet the needs of the people that use our services, our commissioners, and stakeholders
The Service
Due to new funding from the Scottish Government, this brand new service is based in Aberdeen City centre. This community-based service will be framed around our Residential Therapeutic Community model, providing a structured day service. This flexible service will run a structured group work programme in addition to 1 to 1 support, including a range of meaningful activities to build recovery capital. Ran by a small team of 3 staff with support from volunteers and peer mentors. You will also work closely and collaborate with our new Residential service based in Alford and the new Housing team also based in Aberdeen city centre.
