Chief of Staff Engagement Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the growth and development of our membership base.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or membership engagement, with a proven track record of managing and nurturing customer relationships.
This role is responsible for conducting interviews with potential members, explaining the value of CSA membership, products, and services.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Conducting Interviews: Explain the value of CSA membership, products, and services to potential members.
* Serving as Primary Point of Contact: Handle all inquiries to our external inbox, providing prompt and informative responses.
* Handling Requests: Assist with ad-hoc requests from applicants and members, ensuring their needs are met.
* Collaboration: Work closely with accounts teams to manage sponsorships and facilitate the onboarding of sponsored members.
* Invoicing and Payment Resolution: Assist with invoicing and work closely with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues.
* Trend Analysis: Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team on trends and potential barriers to membership.
