Role: Residential Service Manager Salary: £42,831 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Llanidloes, Wales We are recruiting for a proven Residential Service Manager for a 29-bedded home with state-of-the-art facilities, delivering specialist care. This role involves working closely with the local community, GPs, and healthcare professionals to provide a high standard of care that enables residents to lead fulfilling lives. Our high-quality nursing and care support places the individual at the heart of everything we do, guided by core values of Wellness, Happiness, and Kindness. Our care home, located in Llanidloes, Wales, specialises in supporting individuals living with dementia. This purpose-built facility offers a safe, secure, and comfortable environment with 29 en-suite bedrooms that can be personalised to suit residents' preferences. Objectives: Use authentic leadership and motivational skills to inspire the team to deliver excellent quality care Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring 24-hour care for residents Effectively manage resources, including financial performance and occupancy levels Promote independence, choice, and quality of life for service users Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, particularly those set by CIW Leadership Responsibilities: Act as a role model, providing visibility and support to employees at all levels Set and maintain high standards of care in line with the vision: "To provide the quality of care we would want for our loved ones."
