About The Role Managing the day-to-day running of BrewDog’s bar social media accounts and influencer campaigns, this role is key in executing a highly successful strategy around how we use social to drive awareness of and interest in BrewDog’s many bars. This role will be focused on owning bar-level social channels and driving footfall through content planning, influencer management, and reporting across all BrewDog bar social activities. Creating a customer-centric strategy using BrewDog’s unique tone of voice, the Social Media Manager (Bars) will recruit, retain, and engage a diverse community. This role serves as a digital shop window into BrewDog’s bar experience, authentically showcasing what makes BrewDog bars unique and engaging. • Oversee and manage social media activities for BrewDog bar accounts, ensuring consistency while maintaining individuality across locations. • Manage multiple, always-on influencer campaigns which successfully promote BrewDog bars to new audiences and drive local footfall to the locations. This will involve identifying and working with content creators for bar visits and gifting, project management and reporting. • Create and manage the social media calendar for BrewDog bars, aligning content with the overall marketing strategy. • Work closely with Marketing Director (Bars) to ensure relevant bar campaigns are promoted properly on the bars’ social channels, alongside support with performance marketing • Work closely with the Content Lead on the social content bar crew will be making at local levels (Content Lead to focus on the creative, this role to focus on distribution) • T rack and analyse key social media metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve performance. • Manage customer service queries via social media, responding directly or assigning them to the Customer Service team where necessary. • Identify opportunities to surprise and delight audiences across BrewDog bar social accounts. About You QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFIC TRAINING Experience in a similar, social and influencer marketing-focused marketing role Experience in hospitality desirable but not essential EXPERIENCE Demonstratable success in delivering marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, on social media specifically. Management of influencer-led campaigns (including management of creators and affiliates) Previous use of social media management tools for multiple accounts also beneficial KNOWLEDGE Up to date with the latest social media trends and platform developments, especially on TikTok. Strong understanding of influencer campaigns and a laser focus for identifying relevant content creators Strong understanding of social media management tools such as Sprout Social. Understanding of content creation and the ability to support shoots when required. SKILLS Understanding of how to use back end of key social platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite) Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical skills to measure and enhance social media performance. Strong storytelling and creative abilities.
