About the role
Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of the Benefact Group, is seeking a Claims Admin Support to join our Gloucester office on a hybrid basis. The role involves supporting the claims processing and administration team, contributing to our 'right first time' and First Contact Resolution (FCR) customer service approach.

This role is crucial in ensuring swift correspondence handling, enabling claims to be processed more efficiently by our claims handlers.

Key responsibilities
* Register claims accurately and promptly within the policy system and manage incoming post.
* Identify urgent matters, label them appropriately, and escalate when necessary.
* Make outbound calls to customers and suppliers to gather additional information.
* Engage with company communications to stay informed about key issues and strategic aims.
* Suggest process improvements within your area.
Knowledge, skills, and experience
* Minimum of four GCSEs or equivalent.
* Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage your workload to meet targets.
* Accurate handling and management of information.
* Strong attention to detail and concentration skills.
* Industry knowledge is advantageous.
* Proficient IT and data skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Effective communication skills.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional service as an individual and team member.
* Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
