THE ROLE Working 24 Hours per week over 3 days, you will be responsible for: Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answering phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Maintaining efficient filling systems, both electronically and paper based. Cooperating with and maintain good working relationships with a range of individuals and agencies who have contact with company, including service users, relatives, staff members, other professionals and visitors. Working under the direction of the Registered Manager and Company Directors to ensure that tasks relating to the purpose and nature of the business are maintained and undertaken to a high standard Under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager, receiving information and processing it appropriately and with due regard to data protection, confidentiality and security. Opening, recording and distribution of incoming mail. Ensuring outgoing correspondence is mailed appropriately. Assisting with tasks such as ordering stationery, medical supplies, inventory and checking stock booking events and activities, diary management and occasional fact finding exercises. Cooperating with other team members and support teams throughout the organisation so they may function on a day to day basis. Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports The above list is not an exhaustive list of duties as the role may change from time to time to meet the requirements and objectives of the business as a whole.
