A bit about the job: In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of development projects that will enhance Aviva's BPA proposition, helping support Trustees and pension scheme members as they approach retirement. You'll have responsibility for coordinating with cross-functional teams to align our initiatives with Aviva's broader strategy, while identifying opportunities for improvement and driving customer-focused solutions. This role directly contributes to our ambition to redefine digital experiences and improve automation across BPA. Skills and experience we're looking for: Proven experience leading change and managing cross-functional projects to drive customer-focused improvements. Ability to communicate complex information clearly across diverse audiences. Skilled at constructive problem-solving and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Self-starter with strong task ownership and the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities. Familiarity with delivering propositions within the Customer Propositions Framework is a plus, but not essential.
