We require a friendly, motivated and well-presented person with excellent customer-facing experience and the ability to deliver the highest levels of customer care. Based out of our Barrow dealership, you will be joining us ahead of our up and coming move to new dealership premises in Abbey Road. Reporting to the Barrow Service Team Leader, your duties will include greeting customers by phone, email and in person in a professional and courteous manner, booking vehicles in for service and repair, invoicing, and managing day-to-day customer relationships. As well as exemplary customer service skills, a full driving licence and excellent IT and organisational skills are essential. Previous motor trade experience might be helpful.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday and will also involve working Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
