- 2 days per week onsite Salary: £40,000 benefits Overview: Our client is looking to a IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
This role a brand new role within the team and is to support with 3rd part supplier reviews, Major incident up to P1, Support with project to BAU services and defining new processes through the systems.
Key Responsibilities: Traditional ITIL Service Management, covering, major incident management up to P1 level, Problem management, Change management & Service transition Move service from project to BAU support Manage 3rd party service reviews, ensuring SLAs are being adhered too GIRA is being implemented as the ITSM tool, your role will include defining new processes though the system and setting SLAs Set out standards and best practises.
Key skills: ITIL Service Management experience is essential for this role Experience with setting SLAs/ conducting service reviews Ideally experience with GIRA Interview Process: This is likely to be a Two- Stage interview with an online test Please apply via LinkedIn to be considered for this role
