We are supporting a growing company based in Waltham Abbey who is recruiting for a full-time Administration Coordinator. This is a fully office-based position with free parking, working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and with a salary of £25,000.
Duties will include:
1. Completing customer account reviews, ensuring all actions are completed and updating the system correctly.
2. Completing commercial account checks including adding limited company trading address to the system and ensuring all information is correct.
3. Addressing issues with overdue accounts and allocating when required.
4. Undertaking quality assurance checks.
5. Supporting with the onboarding of new staff.
To be successful, you will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills along with an ability to maintain strong attention to detail while working under pressure with deadlines.
