If the answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing not for profit client to assist in the recruitment for a Registered Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis Benefits: 30 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays rising with length of service Continued professional development Flexible working policy Enhanced sick pay Enhanced maternity pay Blue Light Card As a Registered Manager, you will: Work closely with the Nursing Manager & Trust Director to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service Act as the main point of contact for CQC, ensuring the services exceed expectations Manage the implementation of governance, ensuring effective processes and systems are in place Liaise with mutli-disciplinary teams Develop legislation in according with CQC guidelines & requirements Form part of the Senior Leadership team within the charity To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will: Hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management Have prior experience of working at a managerial level in a health & social care environment Be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge surround CQC regulations Experience of working within an end of life service would be advantageous however, not essential In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £42,000 depending on experience.
