Job Description
The Finance Administrator will be an integral part of the team providing financial support to the wider business. The role holder will have the opportunity to make a real contribution to the day-to-day operations. There will be sponsorship for the FA to complete their accountancy qualifications as well as excellent potential to learn and develop professionally within a fast-paced and expanding organisation.
Key tasks:
1. Monthly routines, including due diligence reporting on costs, expenses and trends.
2. Administration of sales invoice requests, and intercompany recharges.
3. Manage the UK purchase ledger, handling all stakeholder queries and owning all UK postings working closely with the Accounts Payables team in Sweden.
4. Assistance with administration of investment requests and fixed asset accounting.
5. Owner of financial admin queries end to end, supporting and working with others.
6. Assistance with Balance sheet reconciliations, or other monthly, quarterly or annual key account preparation tasks.
Who we're looking for:

5. AAT Qualified or equivalent.
6. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance role and an understanding of double entry accounting.
