Job Title: Sous Chef
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and leading a team of chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control
* Develop and implement menu planning, including food costing and pricing
* Lead a team of chefs, providing guidance, support, and training
* Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to drive menu innovation and culinary excellence
