Purpose
We are on the lookout for a Proposition Manager to join our Proposition team.
The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Wrap in the design and delivery of propositional developments. This role will have a focus on enhancing our proposition for our retail Wrap platform. You will be responsible for developing and managing the proposition strategy and initiatives aimed at addressing the needs of our financial advice firm population and the end-clients, the investors.
You will be responsible every day for driving the Wrap platform’s commercial goals alongside a healthy risk management approach whilst also driving medium to longer term initiatives that improve our core platform journeys, drive better service design, and improve integration between our platform and the adviser ecosystem.
To design and implement propositional developments, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including insight, distribution, operational, and technology teams, ensuring developments meet the needs of our advisers and end-clients as well as contribute to business growth.
You’ll spend your time:
1. Wrap proposition: working closely with the Head of Wrap to develop and manage our Wrap Platform proposition, aligning it with business objectives, the future roadmap, and our customer-centric approach.
2. Planning and collaboration: Work closely with a range of stakeholders to develop a roadmap that supports the delivery of the commercial plan.
3. Completing Analysis: Undertaking analysis to support discovery activities in developing business cases for new initiatives. This will be in addition to delivery activities such as refining scope and requirements with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver platform journey improvements that will solve problems for our customers.
4. Benefits Realization: Monitor, evaluate, and report the performance of the Wrap proposition and any new product deliveries, tracking key metrics and analysing data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to drive positive outcomes. This will also include validating that delivery is successful compared to business case expectations.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with compliance requirements, ensuring our propositions and activities adhere to regulations.
6. Market awareness: Keeping up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Apply market insights to enhance our proposition so we maintain a competitive edge.
