1. Membership of relevant Royal College or overseas equivalent
2. Good Clinical Practice Training Certificate
Experience
Desirable criteria
1. Relevant experience in medical specialities including rheumatology and pulmonary hypertension
2. Work in a clinical trials environment
3. Experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level
4. Experience in data collection, management, analysis and presentation
5. Involvement in the clinical audit process and an understanding of the aims thereof
Skills and aptitudes
Essential criteria
1. Excellent communication skills/verbal and written
2. Ability to take on tasks and responsibilities in a multi-professional team and to be able to work effectively and sensitively within it
Desirable criteria
1. Proven ability in relevant subject areas
2. Ability to provide clinical supervision
