The Role: As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing a team of operatives to carry out soft landscaping activities. Ensuring high-quality turfing, shrub planting, tree planting, mulching, and seeding. Coordinating with site managers and other teams to ensure project success. Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Driving to various new build developments around the South East. Requirements: Experience in running a team of operatives. Valid driving license.
