Part-Time Property Accounts Assistant

A well-known property management business in Bath is looking to appoint a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
Your new role
* Processing tenancy change forms (Rent reviews, new agreements, etc.).
* Running monthly rental demand routines, posting and emailing tenant invoices, and raising additional charges to tenants.
* Processing tenant receipts - ensuring they are accurately allocated to the correct account.
* Producing monthly bank reconciliations.
* Checking housing benefit receipts against rent due.
* Producing, checking, and sending out tenant statements.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. Additionally, you will have:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Able to build relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business.
* Able to manage your own workload.
* Comfortable performing financial calculations such as rent refunds.
* Ideally AAT qualified or working towards this.
* Experience within a property management environment would be advantageous.
