Job Description
Owing to a period of growth, a very successful insurer is currently seeking a Customer Outcomes Manager.
In this newly-created position, you will:
* Lead consumer duty and ensure compliance across the business (products and services, price and value, consumer understanding and consumer support)
* Chair the Customer Committee
* Ensure oversight
The firm have an office in Essex, from which you will work 2/3 days a week, with the remainder from home.
