We are comprised of nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists, support workers, peer support workers and medical and leadership staff. We deliver high quality evidence based interventions to the population of our area who require support with psychosis and non psychosis related difficulties. To be responsible for the assessment and management of casework of service users who have substantial and complex needs. To deliver evidenced based Clinical and Psychologically based Interventions. Coordinate Treatment Planning & Interventions, Reviews and Discharge Planning. To complete duty days supporting the CTT when other clinicians are not available. Working alongside other agencies to support services users with integrating into the community and supporting their biopsychosocial needs. We are able to support staff to take up accredited training in evidence based therapies You will be able to develop your skills by working with service users who have a range of complex mental health needs with associated risk, and you will need to demonstrate experience of being able to plan and deliver in collaboration with service users, families and their carers.
