This is a brilliant opportunity to join our Customer Advice Team at Harbour.
You will provide front line customer advice to internal and external customers, with a shared responsibility for providing a reception service dealing with face-to-face enquiries.
You will also be responsible for responding to enquiries received via a variety of other contact methods, including by phone, letter, email and social media. In addition, you will provide administrative support related to customer advice and housing and repairs.
About you:
You must:
1. Have at least one year’s experience of working in a customer service environment in a customer services or housing setting and deliver a consistently excellent customer service.
2. Have experience of using the full range of Microsoft Office packages as well as experience of using a core housing/customer services IT system.
3. Be educated to Scottish Credit & Qualifications Framework Level 5 (SVQ2).
