Hybrid, full-time 9 month FTC based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, offering up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience. A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading professional firm as an HR Advisor has just become available! Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the successful applicant will provide outstanding HR support, helping to ensure the smooth-running of the HR department and supporting employees across the firm. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Providing HR administrative support, including working with documents and drafting letters
2. Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
3. Providing advice and support to managers with regard to relevant HR policies
4. Managing and leading procedures related to grievances and sickness
5. Managing issues raised with performance and conduct, and managing disciplinaries and absences
6. Assisting in the recruitment process
7. Other HR duties when applicable
Prospective applicants must have previous experience working within an HR Advisory position within a similar calibre organisation.
