Job Title: Temporary HR Administrator Salary: £24,000 Location: Remote Hours: Full Time Contract: ongoing temporary, potential permanent opportunity in the future Description: Working 100% remotely for a London based law firm, the successful HR Administrator will be providing efficient and accurate administrative support to all members of the HR team. You will also play an active role in developing and improving administrative processes and procedures within the Department. Key Duties: Signposting employees with HR queries to the relevant HR team member Completing starter/leaver/change of circumstances paperwork and advising the relevant departments Co-ordinate the induction process Monitor absences and self certification forms Conduct exit interviews Book training courses Monitor personal development plans Assist the HR team with all appropriate HR Administration duties Key Skills/Experience Required: Experience in a similar, HR related role Minimum CIPD level 3 Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office applications In return for your hard work, you will earn the equivalent hourly rate for £24,000.This is initially a temporary role but a permanent opportunity could be available in the future.
