Great opportunity to work as a Corporate Welcome Host for G4S, a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat.
G4S is recruiting for a Welcome Host to work in London.
The rate of pay is £ per hour.
This is a full-time and permanent role, working Monday to Friday.
The hours of work are 8am to 4pm.
YOU MUST HOLD AN SIA LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE (Accepted licenses - Security Guarding, Door Supervisor, Close Protection)

Your Time at Work
As Welcome Host and first point of contact for customers, you are the key to providing that welcoming first and lasting impression to our guests.
A good Host or Hostess has a warm and friendly demeanor. They are team players and effective communicators. They must be highly organized and use their eye for quality to provide the highest level of hospitality when working on reception.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the venue, making them feel comfortable, important and at home
- Greet customers during their departure
- Seat guests in waiting area while awaiting host
- Communicate wait times to guests
- Monitor queue and assist waiting staff/guests when needed
- Based on needs or visit purpose guide guests/staff to reception or ID Unit desk
- Address customer queries
- As a part of proactive approach, offer cloakroom for coats and/or luggage
- When/if possible (not engaged with other guests), assist with side door opening
- Tend to special Guest needs and requests
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. A good IT knowledge is also key.

Previous Welcome Host experience is desirable.
