We are recruiting Area Sales Executives and Managers for our renowned logistics client. These roles are available nationwide and require travel, so a valid driving license is essential.
Interview Process
* Telephone and Video Interview: Initial interview with one of the Flourish team.
* Face-to-Face Interview: One-stage interview on 12th February at our Flourish offices in Victoria, London.
Compensation
* Basic Salary: £28k-£38k (DOE)
* Uncapped Commission: Double basic, with realistic £75k OTE
* Car Allowance or Company Car: £4500
Your Role
As part of the Network Sales Team, your main goal is to achieve individual sales targets for volume and revenue, aligning with the business strategy. You'll generate your own leads and develop a pipeline to convert into new clients within a defined area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting: Build and develop a personal pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
2. KPI Achievement: Meet all set KPIs and productivity targets.
3. CRM Management: Record and manage sales activities through the CRM system.
