Location: England, Greater London, Croydon
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours

Salary: £148 - £174 Per day
Company Branding: Must be available 5 days a week
Job Duties:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students in the absence of the regular teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a conducive learning environment
* Provide feedback to regular teachers on student performance and any issues encountered
* Ensure all school policies and procedures are followed
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required
Required Qualifications:
* Valid teaching qualification
* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Previous experience in a teaching role preferred
* Knowledge of the national curriculum
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional teaching certifications
* Experience working with diverse student populations
* Training in special educational needs (SEN) is a plus
Working Conditions:
* Temporary position with the possibility of extension

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
