Responsibilities
1. Dependable vehicle and engineering subject matter expert, supporting colleagues and managing knowledge materials.
2. Review vehicle damage repair estimates promptly and consistently.
3. Investigate and challenge repair estimates to ensure cost control while achieving optimal customer and commercial outcomes.
4. Support and scrutinize external engineering assessors constructively.
5. Audit and support suppliers as needed.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance engineering skills, knowledge, and processes.
Skills we would love you to have
* Proven experience in the motor industry with bodywork and/or mechanical expertise.
* Experience with Audatex and Glassmatix estimating systems.
* Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
