Are you a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold transactions. In this role, you'll take ownership of your own caseload, working closely with clients, estate agents, and legal professionals to provide expert advice and guidance throughout the process.

What will be expected of you?
1. Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to completion.
2. Providing clear, expert guidance to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
3. Handling high volumes of work efficiently while delivering outstanding client service.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Communicating with external parties, including estate agents, clients, and third-party solicitors.
Is this the position for you?
1. At least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
2. Comprehensive understanding of property law and the conveyancing process
3. Strong communication skills with a proactive and client-focused approach
4. Skilled in managing multiple transactions and meeting tight deadlines
5. Supportive, cooperative, and dedicated to team success
