About the Role:
As the Gift Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the gift department, managing stock levels, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the gift department's daily operations.
2. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
3. Ensure the department is well-stocked and visually appealing.
4. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.
5. Support the Garden Centre Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in retail management.
