Job Summary The AI Analytics group at Moody’s Ratings develops advanced machine learning (ML) solutions to power high-profile data science initiatives. To further strengthen our team, we seek an experienced Agile Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end delivery of impactful ML products. The ideal candidate will excel in an agile environment and have a deep understanding of technology-driven projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams from inception through production deployment. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of ML projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and encouraging innovation within teams. Collaborate with data scientists, senior stakeholders, and product owners to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely tracking, reporting and resolution. Lead estimation processes with teams while managing dependencies, resource capacity, and schedules to ensure smooth project delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor project performance metrics and align project outcomes with business objectives, making necessary adjustments for success. Qualifications 5 years related technology experience, 3 years of technology project/program management experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience and/or certification as an Agile product owner and scrum master. Experience with matrix working relationships and best practices of Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Strong knowledge of machine learning and generative AI technologies, along with practical experience in integrating these technologies into projects. Excellent oral and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills, negotiation experience, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
