What skills and experience we're looking for
The purpose of this post is to provide confidential clerical and administrative support to the Academy Principal, and to support the vision of the academy by presenting a public face in all interactions that mirrors the professionalism and expectations of the Principal, the Senior Leadership Team and the aims and ethos of the academy.

You should be an enthusiastic and committed professional who is flexible and reliable and able to work on your own initiative, with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels, particularly as a member of a team. You should have the relevant skills and personal qualities such as being dynamic and proactive to undertake the range of duties and the ability to work accurately and consistently.

• Salary range Scale 5, (SCP 13 - 17) £25,978 - £27,722
• 37 hours per week Term Time plus 4 weeks
