We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our vibrant school in Enfield. This is your chance to be a beacon of support and inspiration, helping students excel in their studies and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities of SEND Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Collaborate with teachers to create tailored learning plans that address the specific needs of each student.
* Offer individual and small group interventions to help students improve their knowledge and skills.
* Teach and reinforce effective study techniques, helping students to understand and engage with their studies.
* Work alongside classroom teachers to implement learning strategies that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Maintain detailed records of students’ progress and any interventions used.
* Ensure that students receive comprehensive support by collaborating with counsellors, social workers, and other professionals.
Requirements of SEND Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Previous experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education are desirable.
