Role Purpose:
Primarily to manage and process overtime and incentive requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll procedures. This role is essential in maintaining employee satisfaction by ensuring timely and precise compensation for additional hours worked and performance incentives. In addition to this offering administration support to the coordinating teams on a daily basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overtime Management
* Accurately record and verify overtime hours submitted by employees.
* Cross-check overtime claims against schedules and timesheets to ensure accuracy.
* Liaise with department heads to confirm overtime approvals.
* Ensure compliance with company overtime policies and legal requirements.
* Report overtime data into payroll promptly to ensure timely processing.
Incentive Administration
* Process incentive payments based on company-approved schemes.
* Collaborate with managers to track performance metrics tied to incentives.
* Verify eligibility for bonuses and other rewards, ensuring all criteria are met.
* Data Entry and Record Keeping
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of overtime and incentive payments.
* Report incentive data into payroll promptly to ensure timely processing.
Reporting and Analysis
* Prepare regular reports on overtime and incentive trends for management review.
* Highlight any discrepancies or anomalies in submissions for further investigation.
* Support budgeting and forecasting by providing historical data on overtime and incentives.
Employee Queries and Support
* Respond promptly to employee queries related to overtime and incentive payments.
* Provide clear explanations of company policies regarding overtime and incentives.
Policy Compliance and Improvement
* Ensure all overtime and incentive processing complies with legal and regulatory standards.
* Assist in reviewing and improving overtime and incentive processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Installation coordination support
* Track, review and report on TrustPilot reviews and report to payroll/Management, ensuring accuracy of data.
* Assist in pre-calling customers to support the engineers and the coordinations in the scheduling of installations.
Qualifications and Experience:
