Are you kind, compassionate, and looking to develop in your career as a Nursing Assistant or change your career in a hospital setting? We have a number of Nursing Assistant vacancies at our Royal Stoke across a variety of wards and departments.
We have full-time and part-time positions available; please note at this time we are not recruiting for any Bank positions.
The Trust aims to foster a culture of continuous learning. We appreciate and value the contribution of our Nursing Assistant workforce, and we support the opportunity for apprenticeships and other training to help you progress through the pay scale. Many of our Nursing Assistants have trained to Nursing Associate level, and some are now training to 'top up' to Registered Nurses.
Due to the high level of New to Care employees, we are currently hosting these vacancies for experienced candidates only.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Nursing Assistant in the Trust varies depending upon the ward or department, but you would be delivering care and support to our patients, learning new skills in assessment and documentation, and working as part of the wider team to deliver an excellent patient experience.
If you are shortlisted for an interview for this role, you will need to be able to attend the full day assessment on Monday, 25th November 2024.
The assessment day will consist of a Maths and English Test, Group Discussion, Practical Test, and informal interview. We are unable to provide an alternative date or online interview for this role due to the practical elements of the process.
