LOCATION: We operate a Hybrid working model enabling you to divide your time between our Studio in Thame, Oxfordshire and some home working.

Job Scope
As HollandGreen embarks on an exciting growth phase, we’re looking for a Junior 3D Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and composition, and is eager to gain experience in 3D Artistry within an established team. You’ll be creating visually stunning 3D assets, while also providing IT support to ensure smooth technical operations across the company.
The majority of your time will be spent working on exciting New-Build and Heritage Visualisations for a variety of high-profile projects. You’ll work closely with our Lead 3D Artist, as well as our Architects, Interior Designers and Landscape Designers to create realistic imagery for planning packages, detailed design decisions and marketing content.
In addition, you’ll be the dedicated IT Assistant for the company. You’ll provide first-line support in the office or remotely to ensure the team is working smoothly, providing help wherever needed. The ideal candidate has a passion for computing, enjoys working with others and is eager to take on this stimulating and rewarding part of the role.
You’ll be working as part of a dynamic, design-led and friendly Studio. Applicants should have a natural aptitude for design, ideally with experience of working in a creative industry and with a beautiful portfolio of work. You’ll be willing to learn and work flexibly within a team, with a conscientious and proactive approach to tasks, as well as strong attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications for Junior 3D Artist Role
* Experience with 3DS Max and Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
* Experience with ArchiCAD or Revit would be a bonus.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design or related field preferred.
* Understanding of Architectural Drawings including scaled Plans, Elevations and Sections.
* Experience with the Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign essential.
* Experience working in an Architectural / Interior Design Practice is ideal.
* Problem Solver with a proactive approach to their work.
Skills and Qualifications for IT Support Assistant Role
* Assist the Head of Design Technology as required.
* Provide first-line technical support to the team in the office, or via Zoom / email to ensure technology-related operations are running smoothly each day.
* Work with other IT team members to identify and escalate complex technical issues.
* Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on workstations and laptops.
* Assist with the maintenance and support of the office technology infrastructure, working closely with our IT/Security management team.
* Perform basic proactive tasks for backups / disaster recovery systems.
* Manage and maintain IT inventory and team training documentation.
* Provide training and support to users of the company’s technology systems as needed.
* Assisting in decisions related to company hardware/leases, including researching options to optimize efficiency and performance.
* Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
* To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
