In return, our client is looking for an experienced fire & security Sales Manager to join the business and operate across all companies within the group. You will be a passionate and driven Sales Team Leader to inspire, support, and grow their already ambitious sales team! With a background in account management and a proven track record of building strong client relationships, you’ll bring motivation, ambition, and a proactive approach. Your mission? Guide the team to excel in customer service, engineering standards, and financial goals.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Group Sales Director, lead onboarding, manage team performance, and build a culture focused on team well-being and growth. Ideal for a leader who’s organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
