We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and HCPC-registered Dietitian to join our team, working within our campaigns, policy and research department to lead on evidence-based vegan nutrition and outreach.

What You Will Do
As a Dietitian, you will be part of our nutrition service, contributing to public education, outreach, and policy initiatives, as part of our campaigns, research and policy team. Your work will ensure we continue to provide up-to-date, practical information on vegan health and nutrition for the general public, professionals, caterers, and our wider community.
Specifically, you will:
- Conduct evidence reviews and create accessible, science-based resources - Represent The Vegan Society in public-facing contexts, such as group talks and events - Contribute to campaigns and policy work related to vegan health promotion - Support the development of digital and social content on nutrition topics - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic communications - Attend in-person meetings and events as required, with funded travel when applicable
What You Must Have
To be considered as a Dietitian, you will need:
- Professional experience in a clinical or public health setting - Knowledge in creating content across websites and social media platforms - A strong understanding of evidence-based vegan nutrition - Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms - A vegan lifestyle and commitment to animal welfare, human and planetary health - The ability to work independently, manage a varied workload and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills, including public speaking or media experience - Registration with the HCPC as a dietitian

Further Information
Location: Birmingham
Working Style: Remote, with occasional travel to events or talks, as well as in person meetings with the wider team.
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
