As our Associate Director, Analytics, you will:
Be Accountable and Responsible
* Design and develop the marketing analytics strategy for one or more clients from program kickoff through implementation and performance reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account, Creative, Media, and Technology) to define measurable program goals and objectives.
* Provide solutions and points of view on how to solve or answer analytical and measurement challenges, including measurement plans outlining project objectives, tools, data sources, and developing testing and learning agendas to drive insights and optimizations.
* Develop actionable insights from the data and communicate the business impact of marketing investments to the client's business outcomes.
* Manage one or more direct reports, including mentorship/career development and quality assurance of measurement frameworks, performance reports, and other deliverables.
* Serve as subject matter expert concerning key measurement/data platforms (ad servers, attribution and ROI Modeling, and BI tools).
* Act as an analytics evangelist throughout the agency, educating and inspiring clients and coworkers alike about best practices and emerging trends.
These are the qualifications we’re looking for:
* 7-10 years of advertising agency or client-side experience in the measurement and analytics discipline.
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics, or equivalent work experience.
* Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, measurement, data analysis, and web optimization across channels (web, email, social, mobile, emerging media).
* Deep understanding of and experience with website analytics packages (Google, Adobe), online ad serving systems (DCM), social listening platforms, BI tools and dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI), and related tools and services.
* Experience with cross-channel attribution and/or data visualization solutions a plus.
* Strong communication skills (written & verbal); comfortable with and capable of owning a client-facing role.
* Strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
* Detail-oriented and well-organized.
* Ability to manage timelines and multitask across a variety of projects.
* Industry experience in health verticals, especially life sciences, is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $122,950 - 147,550, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
