Job Summary
The Primary Care Development Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Training Coordinator to join our dedicated team. 37.5hrs a week - Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
The job post will be mainly based from home, but some work from our office (Nottingham) may be required, as well as travel to and from our training venues.

Liaison with: James Cutler, Executive Director
Job Specification
In this role, you will be expected to:
* Liaise and book trainers, venues and caterers
* Work with trainers to develop events and manage bookings
* Grow and develop the events service
* Input data onto spreadsheets, websites and calendars
* Create and maintain event information for both online and face-to-face sessions
* Liaise with organisations for in-house training events
* Create events on company website
* Email attendees with event information (pre and post events)
* Maintain databases
* Event administration
* Create and issue certificates
* Host and facilitate events – performing Front of House function
* Attend meetings and steering groups
* Work with event sponsors
* Create contracts and invoices
* Deal with phone calls and enquiries
* General administration
* Support the organisation's other workstreams
* Finalise event handouts for attendees
* Back-office support for events
* Mark attendance for events and produce evaluation summaries
* Line manage Events Administrator & Quotation Officer
* Predominantly home-based working with occasional working from our office in Nottingham
Person Specification
* Must be enthusiastic, personable, confident and able to communicate at all levels
* Must have a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Able to drive and have own transport, as you will be required to attend events
* Able to take initiative and work independently when required
* Able to multitask
* IT literate, competent with laptops and projectors
* Knowledge and experience of using MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of healthcare would be an advantage
* Detail oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work effectively from home
