This is a leadership role focused on delivering operational performance in compliance with legislation and aligned to organisational strategy and standards. This role is about ensuring legislative compliance managing risks whilst completing root cause analysis to strive for constant improvement and service excellence. As a senior role with technical knowledge and experience there will also be a focus on influencing the strategic direction of the service based on the operational and legislative environment.

What you’ll be doing
* Be the go-to person for managing Oracle Financials, making sure everything runs smoothly and stays reliable.
* Handle and improve key Oracle ERP modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and more.
* Take care of user access, making sure roles and security settings are set up correctly and align with our company policies.
* Prepare detailed financial reports.
* Play a key role in the month-end and year-end close processes, making sure everything is wrapped up accurately and on time.
What we’re looking for:
* You've got a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or something closely related.
* You're either working toward or already have a finance qualification like ACCA or CIMAit’s definitely a plus.
* You'll bring solid experience in finance systems and accounting roles, ideally with Oracle ERP, which you know inside and out.
* Your background includes a mix of financial reporting, data analysis, and hands-on system administration.
* You'll be pretty advanced when it comes to Excel, SQL, and BI toolsdefinitely comfortable digging into data.
* Have a sharp eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset, which helps you solve problems efficiently.
