We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Serviced Apartment Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations at our luxury apartment complex. You will oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and ensure the highest level of customer service to provide our guests with an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the luxury serviced apartment complex, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining exceptional levels of service and guest satisfaction.
* Housekeeping Supervision: Coordinate and manage the housekeeping team to ensure the apartments are immaculately maintained and prepared for new arrivals.
* Maintenance Oversight: Ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly, maintaining the property’s quality and safety standards.
* Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support a team of housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house staff to ensure the highest performance and customer satisfaction.
* Operational Efficiency: Monitor and manage the overall operational budget and expenses, ensuring effective cost management without compromising service quality.
* Guest Experience: Collect and analyze guest feedback, resolving issues quickly and implementing improvements where necessary to ensure a superior guest experience.
Key Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Serviced Apartment Manager
* Exceptional Customer Service: Strong ability to provide excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive guest relationships.
* Housekeeping & Maintenance Knowledge: Practical experience managing housekeeping operations and coordinating maintenance activities to keep the property in pristine condition.
* Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
