About The Role
As the Operational Support Specialist for London you will be responsible for delivering process training to frontline Branch staff whilst supporting the Branch Network in reaching targets in compliance and shrinkage and resolving key operational issues. Main Duties Include:
1. Provide training on Operational processes to new starters throughout initial induction period and any further training to existing staff as and when necessary and as demonstrated by PARC scoring or branch Audit results.
2. Maintain Operational Training plans for branches covered.
3. Offer basic training and support on Cash Banking processes
4. Complete Operational Audits.
5. Support completion of PARC scoring by providing data
6. Drive branches throughout month for process completion to ensure smooth month end completion.
7. Support Branch Stocktake Management programme.
8. Develop key Team Members to follow defined RTS processes, reduce any potential write offs and to follow defined warranty processes
9. Develop Key Team Members to ensure all inventory process are accurate and robust to enable accurate stock integrity
10. Provide support to branches ‘in crisis’ such as Stocktake progress problems or where volumes have built up – for instance RTS or warranty not dealt with.
11. Support Operations Managers and Audit in stock variance or Stocktaking investigations.
12. Provide front line support on small branch projects as appropriate small racking or range location changes, and on local branch projects as and when needed – new branch or branch move,
13. Provide support on any other projects as and when directed by Operations Manager.
14. Maybe required to be “the expert” on a particular subject & provide guidance & or deliver structured documented training physically or via teams
Working Hours: .5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
About You
What you'll need to succeed:
15. Operational experience, ideally gained in a multi-site Organisation
16. Good organisational skills
17. Enthusiastic with the ability to motivate others and lead by example
18. Excellent communicator, at all levels
19. Able to work well under own initiative
20. IT literate & proficient in use of Excel
21. Clean valid Driving Licence with the flexibility to travel (overnight stays may be required)
