We are Showsec, the award-winning venue and event security specialist dedicated to achieving excellence in crowd management.
We are seeking additional Event Safety Stewards to join our Bournemouth team at venues including Bournemouth International Centre & O2 Academy Bournemouth.
The role of an Event Safety Steward is largely focused on customer service so you will need to be confident and approachable with a polite and friendly demeanour.
Our casual contract offers you great flexibility to pick and choose your own shifts. Due to the nature of the events industry, weekend and evening availability is essential. Currently, we are able to offer you a couple of shifts per week, with the possibility to develop and upskill to the SIA Door Supervisor position in the future.
What Showsec can offer you
* A minimum hourly rate of £14.12 per hour (comprising a pay rate of £12.60 and indicative holiday pay of £1.52). Holiday pay is indicative because it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked in accordance with your average pay rate over the previous 52 worked weeks. If you work at a different rate the pay and holiday pay will change accordingly.
