Our client, a large Multi-Academy Trust comprising of 27 academies across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire area, is seeking a dynamic Office Manager for a one-year fixed term contract. The role will promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school. The Office Manager will be responsible for a range of duties including: All school administration to support the Head teacher and other senior Leaders within the Academy Procurement and resources ensuring best value is attained for the Academy Human Resources ensuring the Trust policies are followed and lead on all aspects of recruitment, from writing adverts, creating job descriptions and conducting pre employment checks. Working closely with payroll on contract changes and pay increases Premises Management working with the Health & Safety Officer to ensure H&S compliance is in place and updated when necessary Marketing and IT The successful Office Manager will be educated to GCSE level (grade A - C), or equivalent, in English and Maths, together with a relevant qualification at level 4 and above. You will bring experience of working within a busy school or business environment, with knowledge of managing and developing staff. This is an exciting role where the successful candidate can confidently manage multiple workstreams, bringing positive energy and a good work ethic. This is an onsite, full time role, working 35 hours per week.
