This is a full-time role, with an average of 37.75 hours per week, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our catering offering runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering outstanding service and high-quality food. You'll lead a team of enthusiastic individuals, coaching and developing them to perform at their best, and you’ll play a key role in driving sales and achieving catering targets. You’ll also be involved in creating and shaping the menu, managing budgets, building strong relationships with suppliers, and collaborating with our wider food departments and marketing teams. If you think you’re the right person for this position and would like to be considered for the role, apply now Key Responsibilities: Effectively lead, develop, and engage both front and back of house teams Ensure the restaurant is adequately resourced across the whole year (managing rotas, holiday requests, sickness absence) Conduct bi-annual team catch ups and annual values and behaviour assessments Accountable for whole due diligence across the restaurant to ensure we are fully compliant with all food safety/standard requirements Manage stock control, wastage and ordering of day-to-day supplies Ensuring the restaurant is well presented and fully stocked Management of any customer or employee issues that require attention Ensure effective communication across the restaurant between front and back of house to ensure a smooth operational delivery Support the People and Culture team with recruitment within the Restaurant Improving standards and ways of working Plan how we can deliver new initiatives Key supplier relationships Overall team engagement Food safety / Food standards
