Our client is a well known and established manufacturing company who has recently been acquired by a large organisation who are now investing heavily in the portfolio, site, people and assets. Part of their structure of the future includes a Reliability Manager to maintain continuous production by improving equipment reliability, to support the implementation of engineering and reliability best practice, to develop reliability techniques and tools to support the delivery of the engineering improvement plans and to be an ambassador of their company values.
Ensures all maintenance techniques are followed on production equipment by scheduling maintenance and inspections
Ensuring proper “root cause analysis” to provide remedial action to prevent reoccurrence of downtime incidents.
Assisting in the specification and installation of new equipment for the site
Contributing to and assisting in the implementation of improvement plans agreed with Engineering Manager
Experience in leading an engineering team, ideally within a FMCG environment to improve overall site performance.
Excellent knowledge of both planning and scheduling processes
