Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality meals and maintain a first-class catering environment.
* Manage and develop the catering team, including inductions, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
* Create inventive menus tailored to students needs and promote healthy eating.
* Stay updated on specialist dietary requirements, ensuring appropriate training and qualifications.
* Maintain outstanding hygiene standards across the kitchen and dining areas, supporting inspections (CQC, Ofsted, etc.).
What We Offer:
Salary: £13.58 per hour/£21,283.93 per annum
Hours: 35 per week
Weeks 38 per year
DBS: Enhanced with child barring
