Studio 397 and Motorsport Games are looking for a Community Manager to assist with the two-way communication between our team and the community for our latest title, Le Mans Ultimate the racing simulation currently available in Early Access on PC via Steam. We’re looking for an eager, racing game fan to help us engage audiences across multiple online platforms. This role is only open to applicants b ased within the UK (ability to commute to Silverstone would be beneficial) This opportunity will require the candidate to work with an incredibly creative marketing team and stakeholders in the development team to effectively communicate Studio 397’s development path for the title as well as suggestions and issues internally offered to us by the community. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Assist in building a community of racing game and esports fans across multiple platforms Help create a strategy to manage the public reception of our Le Mans Ultimate racing simulation title Directly communicate with key stakeholders in the business from development feedback from the community Moderate all public communication channels including social media and Discord Assist users where possible in support channels, liaising with development to problem solve Liaise with editorial and video teams to ensure timely promotion of content and updates on community channels Provide engaging written copy for each post made Schedule and monitor live streams on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook Report on key engagement metrics Coordinate with marketing, PR and comms teams to stay within brand guidelines Skills & Experience Understanding of video games, specifically sim racing space Excellent writing skills Exceptional verbal communication skills Flexibility in working hours and days (may require weekend and evening work) Proven experience managing social and community accounts. Motorsport, racing games and/or racing esports enthusiast Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external. Experience of working within a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines Based within the UK (proximity to Silverstone office would be beneficial) Previous journalistic or editorial skills would be preferred but not essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for asset creation would be beneficial.
