About the Role
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will:
- Adhere to best practice procedures in all aspects of pensions administration.
- Develop trusting and credible partnerships with clients.
- Oversee the management of monthly and annual processes.
- Monitor accuracy, performance, and SLAs for the team.
- Handle complex pensions queries and perform manual benefits calculations.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Participate in client meetings and manage ad hoc projects.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration.
- Knowledge of current pensions legislation and framework.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
