Location: Glasgow City Centre, George Square.
Shift: A range of shifts are available from Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturday between 9am and 1pm. Please note: Training is 9am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri for a minimum of five weeks.

The role involves working on behalf of a well-known client, empathetically supporting their customers who may be in financial difficulty. Interactions are handled under our client's brand with full comprehensive training provided.

Experience in customer service is required, while full training will be provided on joining. What you will require:
* Clear CRB and a satisfactory Credit Check
* Full and satisfactory employment references
* Confident with the ability to work well under pressure and excellent communication skills
